Neil made his international debut in both One Day and Twenty20 cricket in 2008/09. After a stint on the outer Neil was recently rewarded for a fantastic season where he was Otago’s Batsman of the year with a return to the list of NZC contracted players.

He is a hard hitting middle order batsman who can score all around the wicket, particularly severe on anything short. In the 2010-11 season Neil socred his maiden First Class double century against Northern Districts in Queenstown.

Neil is a “fitness freak” who excels in the field in any position.

He is a Useful death bowler who has an excellent change of pace. Neil has recently married and he and wife Mel have started a family.
