Otago Cricket requires a motivated and skilled person to act as Receptionist and Office Administrator.
This is a full-time position that requires a professional phone manner and exceptional communication skills. You must be a highly organised person who has a strong ability to multi- task and prioritise work.
Outstanding MS Office skills are required along with a knowledge of accounting procedures.
As office administrator you will play a key role in assisting all staff with the delivery of cricket in Otago & Southland at all levels.
You will be the first point of contact for Otago Cricket visitors via the office and over the phone. You will assist with finance functions, updating database, preparation for events and functions, assist with draws and results and reconcile monthly accounts.
The ability to be flexible in terms of hours and tasks, along with an interest in sport will provide you with a unique opportunity to join an enthusiastic and dedicated team.
