is in ninth place after New Zealand's victory in the recent Videocon Triangular Series in Zimbabwe. His form over his last few series has not only seen him into the world's top 10 bowlers, but he is also New Zealand's only representative in the World XI Test and one-day teams to play Australia in October.
has moved into 11th spot after his four wicket bag in the final of the tri-series. Oram has been among the world's top bowlers over the last 12 months, despite being injured for much of that period.
Shane Bond has been the big mover in the rankings. Following his comeback from injury, Bond has come from nowhere to 14th place, due to his ruthless bowling in Zimbabwe. During the tri-series he took his best ever ODI figures of six for 19 against India.
Bond has also moved into 14th spot in the Test rankings after taking 13 wickets in the recent series against Zimbabwe at an average of just 9.23.
