The hosts continued their innings from 44 for three at stumps the previous evening, having removed the Aces for 198.
Former Knight Gareth Hopkins composed his second half-century of the match, striking 52, while Roneel Hira posted an unbeaten 45.
Tim Southee and Mark Orchard took three wickets each as the Aces’ second innings was halted at 197.
Azhar Abbas claimed two wickets and Greg Morgan one after tea, but the Knights ensured victory within 10 overs of the final morning.
