The Central Hinds beat the Northern Spirit by six wickets in the 50-over competition at Lincoln’s Bert Sutcliffe Oval.
Chasing 206 at Lincoln’s Bert Sutcliffe Oval, Central lost three early wickets but Rachel Priest and Sara McGlashan rallied with a match winning 142 run partnership.
Priest was dismissed within sight of victory for 89 while McGlashan guided her team across the line with 63 not out.
Felicity Leydon-Davies took two wickets but leaked two for 54 while Naomi Stalenburg collected two for 34.
Earlier, opener Natalie Dodd got here team off to a great start with 88 and Nicola Browne made a useful 34 but the Central bowlers were able to pick up regular wickets and stem the flow of runs.
Central bowler Kate Broadmore took three for 39 while Kate Baxter and Hannah Rowe chipped in with two apiece.
