Washout denies Blaze in Women's Twenty20

Persistent rain and wet ground conditions meant that play was abandoned in the Women’s Twenty20 match between the Central Hinds and Wellington Blaze at Kelburn Park in Wellington.

The points were shared with the Hinds leading the table at the end of the round robin and the Blaze two points behind the Auckland Hearts in third.

The Wellington Blaze did make the Women's One-Day final after finishing second behind the Central Hinds who topped both tables.
