Do you have a cricket-mad son or daughter? Here's some handy resources to help parents encourage and support their child's enthusiasm.

Junior cricket programmes

New Zealand Cricket has teamed up with ActivePost to develop beginner and development programmes that are offered throughout New Zealand schools. ActivePost Have-A-Go Cricket (5-8 year olds) and ActivePost Kiwi Cricket 7-10 year olds) and ActivePost Skills Challenge (Years 1-8) teach kids the basic cricket skills they need through fun group activities and modified games.
