In a change from last season the Provincial A tournament replaces the Under 23 tournament.
In the 2010/2011 season the National Under 23 tournament will be played at NZC's grounds at Lincoln University and each Major Association team will be able to play up to four players over the age of 23.
All three formats of the game will be played at this tournament between 02 January and 09 January 2012.
