Please contact the outlet where you purchased the ticket to arrange a refund. The ticket price of a 1-day Domestic (“Ford Trophy”) or Twenty20 Domestic (“HRV Cup”) match (“Game”) is an inclusive price, in that, where appropriate, it includes Ticketek’s booking fee and inside charge. It does not include any Ticketek customer service fees.
Subject to the following, your ticket will be valid for a subsequent Game in the same competition (Ford Trophy or HRV Cup) at the same venue, in the same season. No refund will be given for tickets where another Game is scheduled to be played at the same venue in the same season.
If the Game which is not completed is the last Game of the season at a particular venue, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Terms and ConditionsThe following refund terms and conditions apply.New Zealand Cricket (NZC) or the relevant Major Association has agreed to refund the full ticket price – excluding any Ticketek customer service fees - for all Ford Trophy or HRV Cup matches (“Game”) that are not completed subject to the following terms and conditions:
1.1 a) If a Game is not completed and no result is declared on the scheduled day, then subject to the provisions of clause 2, the holder of the ticket for that Game shall be entitled to a refund of the ticket price.
1.1 b) A Ford Trophy Game is deemed to be completed and a result declared if on the scheduled day a total of 25 overs are bowled, or a result is declared within the intent of the Laws of Cricket.1.1 c) An HRV Cup Game will be deemed to be completed if a total of 10 overs are bowled or a result is declared within the intent of the Laws of Cricket.
2. RefundsNew Zealand Cricket and the Major Associations policy is that instead of refunds, tickets for non-completed Games shall be able to be exchanged for a ticket for the next Game in that competition at that particular venue (excluding Semi-Finals and Finals). New Zealand Cricket or the relevant Major Association will refund the ticket price for a Game which is not completed on the following terms and conditions:
2.1 a) A refund shall be able to be applied for if the Game which is not completed is the last Game played in that particular competition to be held at that venue in that regular season.
2.1 b) For all other non-completed home Games, the ticket will then be able to be exchanged for a ticket for the next Game in that competition at that particular venue (excluding Semi-Finals and Finals).
2.1 c) In the event that the ticket for the non-completed Game is not exchanged for a ticket for the next Game in that competition at that particular venue (excluding Semi-Finals and Finals), then the ticket shall be null and void and no refund shall be granted.
2.1 d) The ticket for the Game that is not completed must be received by the ticket agency from where it was purchased or by Ticketek New Zealand Limited ('Ticketek'), PO Box 5440, Wellesley Street, Auckland, or Level 2, 345 Queen Street, Auckland, within 30 days of the date the Game was scheduled to be played
2.1 e) Any tickets received by the ticket agency or by Ticketek outside the period specified in clause 2.1d above will not be eligible for any refund and no responsibility will be accepted by Ticketek, NZC or the Major Associations in respect of such applications for refund.
ADMISSION TO ANY EVENT IS SUBJECT TO THE SELLER'S AND THE VENUE'S TERMS OF ADMISSION.
